3 night minimum stay please,
Last minute cancellations (within 72 hours of arrival) are not refundable,
(If your cancelled dates are re-let then refunds may be possible),
No pets sorry (due to our own free ranging pets),
Private water supply (filtered and UV treated so safe to drink),
Children welcome (highchair available on request),
10% non refundable deposit at time of booking,
Full payment must be made 7 days before check in,
Check in is from 4pm, check out by 10:30am,
Damages may be charged if we feel that due care has not been taken,
(this would only happen after consultation with the customer and does
not include fair wear and tear),
No smoking inside the holiday home, please be considerate if smoking outside,
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am,
