After getting my first two sheep, Daisy and Clover in 2021, I wanted to learn how to use their fleeces, so I went on a peg loom weaving course. It is now my favourite pastime and a great way for my sheep to earn their keep!
I use fleeces from my own sheep and I source fleeces from lots of lovely, local, farmer friends. I wash, sort and weave them into super soft rugs of different sizes. I always have some in stock and take bespoke orders.
I have my own fleeces in stock or you can send me fleeces from your own sheep and I will create you a unique rug from your own flock!
Book a 3 hour workshop where you will learn to make your own rug, using fleeces from local sheep. Included are all materials, a drink from our coffee caravan and some home bakes, a meet a greet with our friendly sheep and you get to take your rug home. £100 for two people making 2 rugs. lettochfarm@gmail.com to book

This rug is made from the lamb fleece of our Icelandic sheep, Daphne. With lilac, green and white cotton warp, it is a lovely pure white colour. It would be an ideal bedside rug as it is silky soft. It measure 50cm x 70cm, excluding the strings.

Or send me your own fleeces to be made into a rug, this service includes sorting, washing, carding, warp string, weaving and postage back to you.
