3 night minimum stay in the Static Caravan,
No pets sorry (we have free ranging hens and other pets),
Private water supply (filtered, UV treated and tested annually),
Children welcome (B&B and static caravan only),
All properties are accessed via steps (B&B is upstairs and the stairs are narrow),
10% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking,
Full payment due one week before check in.
